Childcare is available
during all religious services on Saturday and Sunday for infants and
toddlers from birth to 48 months. Our childcare room is staffed with a paid childcare provider
and volunteers. Parents
whose children are regular attendees are asked to volunteer on a
rotating schedule.
-
Bring
your infant or toddler to the Nursery and sign them in, also
introduce yourself to our childcare providers. If we need to find you during the service, we do need to
know who you are!
-
For
everyone’s safety, sign in your child when you arrive. Be sure
to fill out all spaces on the form. Also, sign out your child
when you pick him/her up.
-
You
can bring your child to the Nursery at any time during the
service however before the service starts may be a good time for
you and your child to help make the transition a little easier.
-
The
Toddler Room staff use redirection or time-out as necessary and
the staff will advise parents of any issues.
-
A
healthy snack is provided for your child. All snacks are peanut
and dairy free.
We ask that you bring:

A Guide for Parents
Concerning Illness
It
is sometimes difficult to determine when to keep a child home from
church. The following list is the guide to follow when making your
decision.
Keep
your child home if the child has:
- a severely runny nose, and/or the mucus is yellow or green in color (except
allergies)
- head lice (three days nit free, good to go)
- an unknown rash
- any communicable disease such as chicken pox, pink eye, impetigo, measles,
strep throat, etc.
- had a fever in the last 24 hours
- been on an antibiotic less than 24 hours
- been vomiting or had diarrhea the night or morning before church
Please notify
the DRE if your child has been exposed to a communicable disease, as
other children at church may have been exposed.
