Sunday, Feb. 2, 12:30 p.m. @ Mary Safford
Please join us as we hear from Erika Andiola, Chief Advocacy Officer of RAICES (The Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services)
She will share how her personal story as an undocumented woman has given her the drive and passion to fight for immigrant and human rights. She will also introduce the Migrant Justice Platform, a plan for comprehensive immigration justice.
RAICES is on the front lines of the fight for immigration rights as a nonprofit agency that promotes justice by providing free and low-cost legal services to under-served immigrant children, families, and refugees. With legal services, social programs, bond assistance, and an advocacy team focused on changing the narrative around immigration in this country.
A light soup and sandwich lunch will be available.
