Visitor & Membership Classes are available for visitors who want to learn more about First Unitarian, the UU faith, or how to become a member.  New this year – a small group opportunity designed especially for new members called Newcomer Circles (if you still feel new, you qualify!).

Soul Matters groups are made up of 6 to 10 people, led by a facilitator, and offer the opportunity to connect with one another, nurture each other in this community, and explore the monthly themes on a more personal level. Most groups meet monthly, beginning in September and continue through June. There are two groups that will meet twice a month — the first meeting will be an introduction to the theme, and the second meeting will be a “deep dive” into that theme.
On-line registration for Soul Matters is available through August 31.
Wellspring offers spiritual deepening within our Unitarian Universalist tradition – an opportunity to learn more about ourselves and our faith through a ten-month small group experience. This year we are offering Wellspring Sources: a “beginning” Wellspring class, Wellspring Spiritual Practices: exposes participants to other faith traditions, and Wellspring Deep Questions: how beliefs and principles affect our actions in the world. All Wellsprings classes will begin with a retreat on Sunday, September 10, 12:30 – 4 pm, and will meet twice a month.
On-line registration open until September 6.
