> As we kick off a month of considering what it means to be a community of covenant, we will share in our annual “blending of the waters” celebration. As is our custom at this all-ages service, we are invited to bring a small amount of water from our summer travels, or even from our taps at home. After we each take a turn sharing from where our water comes and/or what it symbolizes, we will pour it into a common bowl as a way of acknowledging how our lives are held and blend in the ever-flowing “river” we call church.
