Join local experts and community members as they present their experiences, stories, overview of immigration laws and lead a discussion to answer your most pressing questions. Advocates will also discuss ways Iowans are getting involved in working to advance immigrants’ rights in cities and congregations across the state.

When the bodies of eleven Central Americans and Mexicans were found inside a freight car in Denison, Iowa, the nation took notice. The documentary offers an honest, yet compassionate look at the 2002 deaths of the eleven undocumented immigrants.
This month, Nourishing Justice will meet at Aldersgate United Methodist Church. Please bring a dish to share. We will have drinks and plates/silverware available.
