Visioning is part of the congregation’s work during a ministerial transition. It’s the way a congregation develops its vision and mission for the 5-10 years ahead. The first stage of the Visioning Process happened in February and March, when members of First Unitarian gathered in small groups to share with one another the ways that the church is important in their lives. Next up is a congregational Visioning Workshop on September 22. For an overview of the entire Visioning Process, click here.
