Week of March 8, 2026
This week, cabinets will be installed throughout the rooms in the lower level. Ceiling tile will be installed in the upper lower level.
🚧 Sunday Parking Update – Please Read
With the arrival of the construction trailer, the D2D and Building Team have been reviewing how this change impacts our parking on Sundays. Our priority is making sure those with accessibility needs continue to have safe and convenient parking and access to the building.
Beginning immediately, on Sundays the south parking lot will be designated for accessible parking only. This area will also be the designated drop-off and pick-up area.
If you do not require accessible parking, please plan to park:
- Along the street (Casady Dr or Druid Hill),
- In the East parking lot, or
- In the overflow parking lot across Bell Ave.
We will have clear signage posted to help with direct traffic. Thank you for your flexibility and care in helping us keep our church accessible to everyone during construction!
Week of March 16, 2026
Work continues on improvements in the lower level of the building. Countertops will be installed in the downstairs rooms, ceiling tiles will be added in the upper lower-level, and installation of tile flooring will begin—starting in the lower lower-level. Thank you for your patience as these updates move forward and help improve our space.
Week of March 23, 2026
Work on the west vestibule is scheduled to begin the week of March 23. This work should not affect entrances or exits on Sundays.
