INFO FOR EVENT DONORS – SUBMISSION FORM

  1. Events can be offered for any time from May 2022 through April of 2023

  1. Set a specific date for your event if at all possible – it saves a lot of hassle later. If necessary, you can set a date and a rain date, or you can set a range or dates or a month.

  1. Events may be as elaborate or as simple as you are comfortable with, from a simple picnic, an everyday meal, or a fancy dinner.

  1. Events may be for adults only, kids only, or any age.

  1. NOTE:  The church will not be available for events between this May and January 2023.

  1. Make your title and description something that will get people’s attention and make them want to come to your event.
