Participants of the Soul Matters Writer’s Groups aim to learn about themselves through reflection and writing about the monthly theme (this part is done before group using prompts from the packet), and to learn about themselves through deep listening to others’ writing and experiences during our meetings. It is not a writing critique group, nor is any “talent” at all required! This is a covenanted group, anything shared is held in confidence to help us build a circle of trust and spiritual growth. Because of the depth of sharing and vulnerability, no additional members will be able to join this group after the first meeting.
